Las Cicadas Guest House is a Boutique Villa located in the beautiful area of Santa Gertrudis in Ibiza. FDV has been hired to conduct a feasibility study and propose appropriate zoning for the F&B area of the luxurious villa, which includes a restaurant, a pool bar, and an event space. The main objective of the assignment has been to assess the feasibility of the design proposals and the commercial operations for the F&B area, in order to optimize its functioning and maximize the profitability of the business. The analysis included market trends, potential customer preferences, as well as an evaluation of the property’s possible limitations and opportunities.
