Meliá Hotels International. Torre Melina

Barcelona, Spain

Market analysis, study of direct competition and scouting of successful F&B venues as inspiration for the restaurant and bar concepts of Gran Meliá luxury hotel brand in Barcelona.

Client review

In our strategic project for the new Gran Meliá Hotel Torre Melina in Barcelona, we were fortunate to have the guidance of FDV, whose knowledge, obtained through extensive market research, helped us create the F&B strategy for the new available spaces. I will not hesitate to engage their services again in any future opportunity. All the references I had received from other companies that had previously benefited from the guidance of Fabio De Vero and his team were confirmed in this first experience, which I am confident will not be the last.

I have had the privilege of collaborating with Fabio and his team, and it has been an excellent experience. They have provided invaluable insights, which are crucial in finding the ideal sales mix and the right third party operator(s) to help us elevate the F&B experience at the hotel. In every aspect, their professionalism has been outstanding, demonstrating great skill and efficiency in their work.
