FDV has conducted professional training for the F&B Directors of Pacha Ibiza, Lío, and Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort in collaboration with CRR Marketing, a company specialized in executive training. The training focused on financial strategy and management through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and aimed to provide the F&B directors with a solid and practical education to enhance the management and profitability of their businesses. During the training, participants acquired knowledge and skills to develop effective financial strategies and to monitor and evaluate their performance using KPIs.
