The Social Hub San Sebastián is currently under construction. The project is situated on a 13,000 square meter plot in Riberas de Loyola. The hotel will feature 328 rooms catering to a hybrid clientele, including tourists, students, and business clients. The hotel and co-working space are conveniently located near the University of Deusto and just a 20-minute walk from the city center. For the strategic project of the hotel’s main restaurant, FDV has conducted a market and competition analysis, defined the gastronomic concept, and worked alongside The Social Hub’s Real Estate Development team, overseeing the design project for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) spaces.
