The Social Hub Barcelona (Spain) is a hotel with co-working and student accommodation located in the trendy and dynamic neighborhood of Poblenou. Situated near the innovation hub of 22@, the hotel is just a short walk from the beach and the heart of the vibrant city of Barcelona. For the strategic project of the hotel’s main restaurant, FDV has conducted a market and competition analysis, defined the gastronomic concept, and worked alongside The Social Hub’s Real Estate Development team, overseeing the design project for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) spaces.
