AstraZeneca, through its real estate partner CBRE, commissioned FDV to conduct a market study and strategic F&B consultancy project to define the concept and corporate dining model for its new headquarters in Barcelona, located in the iconic Estel Building. The project involved the development of a corporate dining facility across floors 6 and 13, designed to serve an estimated workforce of between 1,650 and 2,000 employees. Working closely with AstraZeneca’s management team, the office project team and CBRE, FDV Consulting developed a strategic assessment integrating employee needs, the architectural and functional constraints of the spaces allocated to F&B, and an analysis of the surrounding foodservice landscape.
