The Social Hub in San Lorenzo, Rome, is a new 21,000 square meter project that will include 444 rooms for students, hotel guests, and young professionals, along with co-working spaces, meeting areas, and event facilities. FDV has conducted a market study to identify top Food & Beverage operators in Rome that align with The Social Hub’s concept and are interested in managing the dining spaces through outsourcing.
